Do I need a building permit?
Most accessory structures do not require a building permit if the structure is under 200 square feet. If foundation, electrical or plumbing are required, specific license installers may need to install and pull permits. Please contact your local city building office.
What if my permit is not accepted?
A refund will be issued if a permit is not accepted. Please refer to the Ordering and Sale Terms and Conditions.
Who will install myBackyardStudio™?
We offer 2 options for installation. We offer a DIY for those homeowners that are skilled craftspeople or we can provide professional installation.
